Comedy
This type of comedy film is aimed at an older audience as the comedy in it can be quite crude. The lighting is high key to lighten the film and the editing is slow and relaxed to show the tone genre of the film.

A horror film would usually be aimed at an older audience as they are usually rated 15 or 18. The lighting on the posters and in the actual film is usually quite dark and dull to make it more creepy. The sound in the films also makes it creepy as there is sinister music to make it tense. The editing it usually fast, for example there are a lot of cuts to make the pace of the film faster and more tense.
Vampire/Fantasy
This genre of film would usually be aimed at teenagers as they are usually rated 12 or above. The darkness and dim lighting on the poster show that the film is not light hearted and happy. There is usually quite dramatic with upbeat music in some action scenes to show how dramatic it is. The editing is also quite fast and jumpy to also show the dramatic genre.
Romantic Comedy
This type of film is usually aimed at females as they are light hearted with light humour. The lighting is usually high key and the music is upbeat. They focus a lot on relationships and are quite realistic. The editing is usually slow and realistic to show the relaxed tone of this genre.
